The hardware foundation is built for sustained, high-volume operation. A 100,000-page daily duty cycle, motorized 500-sheet adjustable input tray, and dual paper path — u-turn for standard documents, straight-through for thick stock and hard cards — handle everything from business cards to A3 sheets to long documents up to 236 inches. Award-winning reversing roller technology across a multi-motor paper path minimizes misfeeds, three ultrasonic sensors provide double-feed detection across the full page width, and built-in staple detection stops costly jams before they start. A high-resolution color LCD puts scan settings and up to 20 customizable OneTouch workflows at the operator's fingertips. Image quality at full speed is where many production scanners compromise. The W110 doesn't. A dual-lamp LED lightbar delivers consistent, bright illumination across every page, while Visioneer Acuity Intelligent Image Processing applies over 25 image enhancement features — handling seven processing tasks directly in hardware to eliminate bottlenecks. USB 3.1 Gen 1 moves data quickly to the connected PC, where Acuity PC optimization distributes final processing across available CPU cores and memory. The result is full-rated throughput with no sacrifice in output quality — exactly what cloud archiving and OCR pipelines demand. The W110 is further extended by Xerox's proprietary Parallel Scanning technology, enabling multiple W110 units to scan concurrently to a single PC — fundamentally reshaping the economics of ultra-high-speed capture environments. An optional A3 flatbed attachment handles bound materials and special documents, and a range of service and warranty options provide the peace of mind that enterprise deployments require.
